We deliver when it is raining or snowing.

Does the Dump Trailer Express driver load the dumpster trailer?

No, we drop the dumpster trailer off for you to load at your own pace.

Do you recycle anything?

We recycle as much as possible from each load.

What does your 3-day usage price include?

The price includes delivery, pickup, hauling and disposal of the material at the transfer station.

How full may we pack the Dumpster trailer?

I will tarp the dumpster trailer before traveling but it must be packed within the dumpster and not overflowing the top rails of the trailer. If I must repack or remove items to travel safely you may be charged an inconvenience fee and some items may be left behind if they cannot be transported safely.

Can we move the trailer?

Customers are not allowed to tow or move the trailer themselves for insurance and liability reasons. Customers will be liable for any damage they do to the trailer.

Can we mix yard waste with normal trash?

Do not mix dirt or yard waste with trash. Small insignificant quantities are ok, but dirt and yard waste get disposed of separately than trash. I can give you a price to take clean brush, shrubs, and yard waste to the recycling center as a separate load.

What size is your dump trailer?

The dumpster trailer is ten cubic yards. 7’ wide x 12’ long x 3’ tall

When are you open?

We take phone calls between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

When do we pay for the service?

All payments are due at the time of delivery.

What are the pros of renting a dumpster trailer from Dump Trailer express?

Pro: I am a single owner / operator company. This means when you call, you will talk to me (Bill). When we deliver a dumpster trailer to your home, I am the only driver. So, you do not have to worry about random people coming to your home or business. You will also be supporting a local small business by hiring me.

Pro: I am priced competitively with dumpster companies in the area for similar sized dumpsters.

Pro: Trailer dumpsters have rubber tires and will not damage your driveway or yard like a metal dumpster can.

What if I have to much trash to fit in one dumpster trailer?

We can deliver more than one dumpster trailer, or we can haul the trailer away and bring it back the same day or the next day.
