The flat rate includes the following:

- 3 days to fill the Dumpster Trailer.
- Removal of the Dumpster Trailer
- Disposal of the waste material in the Dumpster Trailer.
Home Cleanout $250.00 Live Load – Flat Rate
The live load flat rate includes the following:
- Delivery of the Dumpster Trailer.
- We will wait on site for 45 minutes for you to load the Dumpster Trailer.
- Removal of the Dumpster Trailer.
- Disposal of the waste material in the Dumpster Trailer.
Brush & Yard Waste $250.00 Flat Rate
The flat rate includes the following:
- Delivery of the Dumpster Trailer.
- 3 Days to fill the Dumpster Trailer.
- Removal of the Dumpster Trailer
- Disposal of the green waste at the recycling center
Nonacceptable Materials for home cleanouts:
Hazardous Materials, Tires, Car Batteries, Yard waste cannot be mixed with trash, Propane tanks, fuel tanks, any Appliance that have or ever had freon, Construction Debree, Shingles, Drywall, Concrete, Brick, Block, or dirt.
